How to increase leads in the long term
GrandOptical approached us with the goal of steadily and sustainably increasing the number of eye exam bookings at their brick-and-mortar locations across the Czech Republic. The main challenge was not only to attract new users but also to optimize the conversion path on the website and reduce the cost per lead.
Each year, expectations and targets grew, making it essential to build a strategy that would allow for scalable results without compromising on quality or return on investment. A key factor in success was the integrated collaboration across teams — performance, UX, SEO, and data.

Combining expertise and data
Several teams within our agency collaborate on the GrandOptical project, and their integration is the key to long-term success.
Performance campaigns are managed by our specialist and leverage automation, precise targeting, and machine learning tools from advertising platforms.
The UX and SEO teams work with data from Smartlook to continuously optimize landing pages, improve the website’s technical parameters, and build a strong backlink profile. For monitoring the website’s technical health, we use Google Search Console, while Ahrefs supports our off-page strategies and competitor analysis.
Online reporting in Looker Studio provides both the client and our team with a clear and up-to-date overview of progress and results.
Each quarter, we meet with the client to analyze performance, present the impact of implemented changes, and plan strategy for the coming months.

The year 2024 brought improvements across all key performance indicators. In the second half of the year, we significantly increased the conversion rate of performance campaigns, and at the beginning of 2025, we successfully built on this momentum with continued growth.
Comparing Q1 2024 to Q1 2025, we achieved:
